Leigh Holland Registered Migration Agent MARN 0742514 Leigh Holland has over six years experience assisting corporate and individual clients with all aspects of Australian immigration legislation, procedures and processes. Prior to becoming a migration agent, Leigh was an officer of the Department of Immigration & Citizenship (DIAC) who are responsible for processing all Australian visa applications. The knowledge and experience gained through working for DIAC significantly assists Leigh in providing our clients with the best possible advice and representation. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Business obtained from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law & Practice from Griffith University. Leigh is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) and committed to remaining abreast of the ever changing migration environment in order to provide our clients with optimum service. |

Briony Zorzetto Client Liaison Briony Zorzetto has recently joined the HQ Migration Solutions team. Briony holds a key role within HQ Migration Solutions whereby providing on-going support to the migration agents in addition to the large client base. She is dedicated to helping people and provides an efficient service to our clients. Briony prides herself in honest and open communication and is committed to quality service. We are governed by the MARA and strongly advocate and abide by all principles outlined in the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct outlines the manner in which a migration agent conducts themselves and their business.
In order to gain and maintain registration as an Australian migration agent, we are required to satisfy a number of requirements stipulated by the governing body of the MARA. These requirements include:
· Satisfy an Australian character clearance;
· Undertake tertiary studies to obtain the necessary qualification in Migration Law;
· Participate in continuing professional develop; and
· Comply with the strict Code of Conduct.
