Our migration agents hold the necessary qualifications and registration with The Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) as required under Australian law.

We are governed by the MARA and strongly advocate and abide by all principles outlined in the Code of Conduct.  The Code of Conduct outlines the manner in which a migration agent conducts themselves and their business.

In order to gain and maintain registration as an Australian migration agent, we are required to satisfy a number of requirements stipulated by the governing body of the MARA. These requirements include:

·    Satisfy an Australian character clearance;
·    Undertake tertiary studies to obtain the necessary qualification in Migration Law;
·    Participate in continuing professional develop; and
·    Comply with the strict Code of Conduct.
